General Abou Diwan has a broad experience in Public and Military Administration. During the years 1994 to 2008, he headed the offices of the Ministers of Interior and Defense, and later managed the Vehicles Registration Department until 2010, when he joined MENA Capital.

General Abou Diwan holds a BA degree in English literature from the Lebanese University, and has extensive experience in Public Administration and Security Services.
