Khalil started his career in The Pearl Project - Qatar in 2008 with MegaTech Contractors, then joined MENA Capital in 2010.

He holds a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master Degree in Business Administration (M.B.A.) focused on Project and Operations Management from Notre Dame University (NDU).
